Portland Mox Boarding House – (retail / restaurant / bar)

• Managed the $4MM construction project, defined contract terms, approved deliverables.
• Led 7 internal leads and managed 10 external partner contracts from concept, through construction, to grand opening.
• Recruited and hired skilled trade vendors, mechanical and plumbing contractors, and commissioned artists.
• Worked closely with our architect's firm and our general contractor to navigate permitting and inspections.
• Oversaw the execution and installation of custom and unique mill work, displays, signs, chandeliers, light fixtures, and furniture.
• Designed the marquis, illuminated "Mox" sign, and co-designed our other light and interior sign features.
