Portland Mox Boarding House – (retail / restaurant / bar) ​

• Managed $4.5MM of budgets for construction, automation, operations, web, and e-commerce projects.
  
• Responsible and accountable for project plans, estimates, budgets, and risk management strategies.
  
• Led 7 internal leads and managed 10 external partner contracts from concept, through construction, to grand opening.
  
• Recruited and hired skilled trade vendors, mechanical and plumbing contractors, and commissioned artists.
• Worked closely with our architect's firm and our general contractor to navigate permitting and inspections.
• Oversaw the execution and installation of custom and unique mill work, displays, signs, chandeliers, light fixtures, and furniture.
• Designed the marquis, illuminated "Mox" sign, and co-designed our other light and interior sign features.
  

Card Kingdom Headquarters relocation – (Seattle)

• Relocated Card Kingdom’s Seattle headquarters to a new 11k sq/ft office and closed the project 30% under budget.
  
• Analyzed internal resource utilization and collaborated with a project coordinator to define decor and seating.
  
• Negotiated third-party vendor contracts to strategically source services including movers, low voltage/data, power/electrical, custom signage, utilities, paint, and window replacement.
• Managed all 3rd party vendors and defined their work by generating plans, schematics, documentation, and schedules.  
• Established a strong relationship with the property manager,  which will benefit the company throughout its lease.
